*Due to the ongoing strike other carriers are now slowing down shipping. We will continue to ship but make no guarantees as to the time it will take to get to you. Sorry!*

All regular Canadian home addresses will ship via Canpar or other carriers during the strike. Please watch your inbox for tracking numbers from Canpar or another carrier depending on your region.

During the strike all PO box addresses will be packaged and held to ship via Canada Post when the strike is over.

If you are in a remote area and the shipping fee is more than the cost of your order, the order will be cancelled.

*please note that some oversized products do not qualify for shipping (read below)

 

We currently ship across Canada, excluding NWT & Nunavut. We currently do not ship outside of Canada, sorry!

We charge a flat rate depending on your location within Canada.

Once your order is picked up by the shipper you will receive a confirmation number. Shipping time is 2-14 days depending on the shipper and your location.

Regular shipping (not Christmas time):

We are based in B.C. so the closer locations are 2-3 business days and farther away can take up to 5-14 business days. Parcels ship out Monday to Friday and may take one to two business days to ship. You will receive a tracking number and email notification when your order ships. Please be very careful when entering your email correctly to ensure you get these emails

***There are some products very large or heavy that we do not ship and are described as "Store pick up only". You can purchase these online and pick up at the store. If you would like these items shipped please call us at the store 250-372-3500. We will arrange for shipping and you will be charged for the actual shipping costs via e-transfer.

 

During the Christmas rush these timelines are not applicable.

You can place orders at anytime but we will not accept returns for shipments that do not arrive on time. The shipping timelines and delays are out of our control.

Christmas shipping cutoff for anywhere East of Manitoba is December 11, 2023.

Christmas shipping cutoff for Alberta & Saskatchewan and remote BC towns, including Vancouver Island is December 12.

Christmas shipping within BC to major cities is December 14.

 

***NOT SHIPPABLE***

- We do not ship Lava Lamps any time. They are fragile and we can not guarantee they will not be broken or freeze and crack. We will cancel Lava Lamp orders with shipping.

- We do not ship soda pop at the flat rate. If you order soda we will contact you for payment of the actual shipping charge or cancel your order. We also do not ship ship soda during the winter months as it may freeze and explode.

- Oversized items. Large & heavy items will have a disclaimer on them in the product description stating if they are shippable or store pick up only. If you order a non-shippable item we will cancel your shipping order. Please read product descriptions.

 

Returns:

For online orders, if you receive a damaged product and would like a return for refund please contact us at 250-372-3500. You will be responsible for providing images of the product and return shipping. We handle each case on an individual basis. Store credit or refund may be applied. We accept returns as above within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. 

For any issues with Playmobil, Lego, Snap Circuits or pool floats please contact the manufacturer.

 

Flat Rate Shipping:

Unfortunately due to the Canada Post Fuel Surcharges our rates have gone up. Sorry!

Please ensure you read product descriptions as some large/heavy items are will not be shippable at the flat rate. If you want those items shipped we will quote you the actual shipping cost. The excess shipping charge can be paid by e-transfer to [email protected].
